  1. Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

1.2. Damaged or Not as Advertised:

  • If the product you received is damaged during transit or not in the condition as advertised on our website, please contact our customer support team at info@rovinajewellery.com to initiate a return process.
  • Provide clear details and supporting evidence (such as photos) of the damage or discrepancies to help expedite the process.

1.3. Return Authorization:

  • Upon approval of your return request, our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping address for the return.
  • Please ensure to include the RMA number on the outside of the return package.

1.4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

2.1. Damaged or Not as Advertised:

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a full refund, including the original shipping charges (if applicable), to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5 days after receiving the return. If at all you do not hear from us kindly notify our customer support team at info@rovinajewellery.com and they will assist you accordingly.
  1. Replacements:

3.1. Customer Dissatisfaction:

  • If you are not fully satisfied with the order you received, you may request a replacement for the same item or an alternative product.
  • Please contact our customer support team to initiate the replacement process.

3.2. Replacing Damaged Items:

  • In case the product you received is damaged, we will gladly replace it with a new one upon receipt and verification of the damaged item.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons).
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  1. Order Cancellation:

5.1. Cancellation Before Shipment:

  • If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@rovinajewellery.com
  • Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours after the order has been received. 

5.2. Cancellation After Shipment:

  • If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please refer to our standard return process mentioned above.
